A contemporary 1970’s home needed a facelift, resulting in a drastic transformation.

The renovation included adding engineered hardwood flooring throughout the house, a new kitchen featuring shaker style cabinetry by Josh Trimpi Woodworking, two added picture windows – bringing new light into both the kitchen and primary bedroom — a new tile hearth (flush with the flooring), custom-built stone fire back with white-oak mantle, new exterior door leading from living room to deck, the reconstruction of the staircase leading to the second floor (white oak stair treads, powder coated aluminum posts, steel rod, and white oak handrail), and painting throughout.
