After purchasing, renovating and moving into an 1800’s farmhouse a short distance from the Woodstock Village, this family of four (plus Winston, their dog) had one major additional objective on their list: expanding the very small entry area into a reasonably sized mudroom with laundry.

An underutilized bump out section of the garage was converted into conditioned living space. The result was a crisp, tiled mudroom with direct access to the garage, and to the backside of the house (something they lost as a result of previous renovations).
