The original garage on this site was located close to the house and blocked the much-coveted southern light from entering the kitchen and front of the house. It was removed by the homeowners, resulting in the need for vehicle parking and equipment storage space, among other priorities.

In conjunction with a studio, these homeowners constructed a 3-bay garage with wrap-around shed – creating a space for lawn maintenance equipment, tool storage, and a separate area serving as a floral design studio. Pole-barn construction was utilized and the exterior cladded in vertical shiplap pine.

This project was completed with Bluedove Builders subcontracted (carpentry) under H&H Custom Builders as General Contractor.
